Scheduling your appointment with whom you want, we recommend that you schedule prior to your next service. Spa Packages that are purchased and NOT Gift Certificates, require a deposit of 1/2 down in advance. Cancellation policy applies. Children are welcome, but we ask that you have them remain seated quietly in the waiting area. Children and guests not receiving services are NOT allowed in the styling areas or spa areas due to safety precautions. CANCELLATIONS Minimum of 24-hr notification of cancellation is required for packages. Otherwise packages will be subject to a forfeiture and a 25% documentation fee to redeem the Gift Certificate of package. No show's or No call's are subject to a service charge of 50% fee of scheduled amount.
